About The Nourished Thread
The Nourished Thread is founded by Sarah Brunton (née Williamson), a Registered Dietitian in both the UK and Bermuda. With specialist training in women’s health, weight management, and diabetes care, Sarah supports women at every stage - from preconception and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK and is a longstanding member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
This platform is dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and personalised nutrition guidance to support your unique journey. All educational content shared on the website, blog, emails, downloads, and social media is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for individualised medical or nutrition advice.
Unless you are working with Sarah directly through one-to-one consultations, no content should be interpreted as personalised advice.

Ensuring your dietitian is in a private, confidential space
Offering to reschedule or switch to a phone consultation if necessary
Note: Telehealth sessions may not be recorded by either party without written permission from both client and dietitian.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for implementing the advice provided between sessions.
Our role is to provide evidence-based nutrition guidance. If other health issues are raised beyond our scope, we will recommend the appropriate professional to make contact with. We do not make direct referrals to other healthcare or professional services.
